I opened up the HVAC News this month and saw that Goodman has been sold to Daikan Industries. Daikan is a Japanese manufacturer of Heating and Cooling products. The companies will continue to operate until the sale is complete later this year, 2012.
The sale is for 3.7 Billion dollars.
